Please be aware that some soap, detergents and antibacterial sanitiser can react with metal and gemstones to cause discolouration.
Turquoise is generally quite stable but high heat can cause discolouration and surface damage. It can be affected by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, even skin oils or perspiration. Wherever possible, to protect your jewellery, please remove prior to washing and always prior to using hand sanitisers.
Turquoise may be cleaned with warm soapy water but should never be cleaned with steam or ultrasonic cleaners.
Sizing & Delivery Information
Ring sizers should be universal, however they can differ – they shouldn’t…but they can. Â To save delays and/or disappointment we prefer, wherever possible, to check your ring size using our own sizers. Â If time allows, please order a ring sizer which we will send out to you straight away with full instructions. Â Once we have your size we can go ahead and re-size or make your ring. Â If this is not feasible, for example, if the ring is a surprise gift for someone else, then we will need to proceed based on the information you supply. Â In these cases we cannot accept responsibility for any sizing issues, however we will be happy to re-size any ring after purchase although this may incur a small charge.
This ring is available for immediate despatch in size P (delivery in 1-3 days). Â For re-sizing add 2-3 days and for made-to-order please allow 1-3 weeks.
