Delivery of Order

Please allow up to 10 working days for standard orders.  Some orders of more than one item may arrive at different times.  Unless we have sated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver goods by any quoted delivery date.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Guaranteed delivery dates will not apply if, when or before we accepted your order, we told you that we could not deliver on time and you decided to proceed regardless, or, we fail to deliver on time for reasons beyond our control.

Descriptions

Prices on the website may be updated from time to time to stay in line with fluctuating gold & silver prices.  Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct.  Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software or printer.  As most items are hand-made from natural materials there will be slight variation from item to item.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from bespoke items, items personalised for you or earrings.  You may cancel by sending us a letter or email at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.  If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions in the Guarantee section below.

Guarantee Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Beaton & Shott purchase or the goods are faulty or damaged, you must return them to us in their original packaging and in saleable condition within 30 days.  Please ensure that the item(s) are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are returned at your risk until they are received by us.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, Beaton & Shott have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment card charged.  If your payment card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled by us, a credit will be issued to your card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
