DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Beaton & Shott, each piece of jewellery is lovingly hand made in the workshop by the designer, Paula Stephens.

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.

The availability and delivery times for each item will be displayed on the page once you have selected any product options.

Some of the pieces available for purchase from the website are made specially to order, therefore we ask that you please be aware of our delivery times.  If we need to make your piece of jewellery in the workshop please allow a possible 2-3 weeks from the date that you place your order for your order to be despatched.  If you require an item for a specific date and/or you need it sooner than indicated, please contact us as we will always try and meet your requirements!

Commissions and bespoke pieces can take up to 4-6 weeks to make, depending on materials required and availability etc.

FREE UK DELIVERY

We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders for UK customers.  We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure next-day service which requires a signature upon receipt so you know your order will always be delivered safely.

Please note that delivery times are dependent upon the stock availability of your chosen item(s).  Despatch times will be shown clearly on each product page and at checkout.  Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  Your order will then arrive the following day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.

Europe – £13.50 per order, delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days from the date of despatch.

RoW – £15.00 per order, delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from the date of despatch.

Alternative courier options may be available on request.  Please note that delivery times are dependent upon the stock availability of your chosen item(s).  Despatch times will be shown clearly on each product page and at checkout.  Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, therefore unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO Box.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will be despatched in an unbranded external envelope for security.

All jewellery is packaged in luxury Beaton & Shott branded jewellery boxes.

Once an order is despatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track a parcel.
