Please be aware that some soap, detergents and antibacterial sanitiser can react with metal to cause discolouration. This is more common with silver which can even react to skin that is particularly acidic. Any metal discolouration can be cleaned using a proprietary silver cleaner or polish.
Wherever possible, to protect your jewellery, please remove prior to washing or using hand sanitisers.
The easiest way to check your size for a bangle is to measure one you already wear. However, if you are unsure then do please contact us as we can send you a bangle sizer or work out your size by alternative methods. If this is not feasible, for example, if the bangle is a surprise gift for someone else, then we will need to proceed based on the information you supply. In these cases we cannot accept responsibility for any sizing issues, however we will be happy to re-size the bangle after purchase although this may incur a small charge.
