Sizing & Delivery Information
Ring sizers should be universal, however they can differ – they shouldn’t…but they can. To save delays and/or disappointment we prefer, wherever possible, to check your ring size using our own sizers. If time allows, please order a ring sizer which we will send out to you straight away with full instructions. Once we have your size we can go ahead and make your ring. If this is not feasible, for example, if the ring is a surprise gift for someone else, then we will need to proceed based on the information you supply. In these cases we cannot accept responsibility for any sizing issues, however we will be happy to re-size any ring after purchase although this may incur a small charge.
Our classic wedding rings are made to order so please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If time is short, please contact us in the first instance as we may be able to accommodate shorter timescales in an emergency! We have made (and hand delivered) a wedding ring in 24hrs before now so it’s always worth asking!
